Kaxite KXT PG120 Bronze-Filled PTFE Guide Strip is a filled PTFE wear strip compounded from PTFE resin, bronze powder, phenolic cloth and pitch, then moulded and skived into rectangular strip form. The bronze filler raises compressive load capacity and thermal conductivity, while the PTFE base keeps the friction coefficient at 0.04 or below — lower than any metal guide element. It is supplied in 1–6 mm thickness, 3.2–60 mm width and 8–55 mm length, working from -40°C to +120°C, and is used as the guiding and anti-wear element in hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, CNC machines, tool grinding machines and drilling machines.
