Braided Packings

Braided packings which is also called Compression packing or Gland packing. Braided packing is usually produced in a square or rectangular cross section and is braided from a range of different materials(Aramid, PTFE, Graphite, Carbon, Acrylic, cotton, Fiberglass, Ceramic, Flax, Ramie fiber etc). In addition, we can fabricate a wide variety of other constructions designed to meet specific customer requirements.

  • PAN Fiber Packing Braided from high strength PAN fiber pre-impregnated with PTFE and special lubrication. Re-impregnated during square moulding. It has excellent properties, lubricating and resistance to chemicals.

  • Braided from high strength acrylic fiber treated with graphite and special lubrication. The graphite increased the temperature and excellent lubricated.

  • Acrylic fiber packing braided from high strength acrylic fiber with PTFE impregnated twice time. It has excellent properties of sealing, lubricating and resistant to chemical. The acrylic packing can be with or without oil. High elastic red silicone rubber core can absorb vibration

  • Kynol Fiber Packing Braided from high-performance KynolTM ( NovilidTM or PhenolicTM) fiber impregnated with PTFE lubricant, good mechanical properties combining softness and strength. We call it "GOLDEN Packing".

  • Carbon Fiber Packingbraided from strong carbon continuous yarns cafter softening, impregnated with proprietary lubricants and graphite particles, with fill voids, act as a break-in lubricant, and block leakage

  • Carbonized Fiber Packing with Graphite dispersion containing graphite particles. The packing has excellent self lubrication.
